As I have said before, I will consider all requests as long as it’s classic rock, hard rock, punk, or metal so that said up next on the chopping block is a band called Admiral Angry. I have never heard of them before so let’s take a look…..
Buster- if you are a fan of bands like Converge then you’ll definitely like these guys. I will say that the guitar riffs on here are very Sabbath like which is cool but vocal wise, I could see how they would be hard to get into as they are hard to understand. Not bad I’ll give this album 7/10
Standouts: Sex With A Stranger, Android, Bug Vomit
9/11…Only Worse- I would say that production wise it’s tighter but again the riffs on here are badass. The thing with this one is that it’s only like 12 minutes so it’s really short. I’ll give it 7/10
Standouts: Reverse Maggot Indeed, Motor Skills For Basket, Cement Crops To A Cervix Bombardment
Albania- this one sounds like it was either recorded in a live setting or a warehouse or something. It’s almost a raw sounding record and again the riffage on here is awesome but vocally, it’s a lot of screaming that’s hard to understand. I’ll give it 8/10 only because it sort of reminds me of early Napalm Death
Standouts: yeah the songs are all in Albanian and I’m not translating them
Not a bad band but if you are into bands like Napalm Death or Converge or even Knocked Loose, then these guys might interest you. I will say that the guitars are great and the riffing is badass.
