It’s safe to say that Snot is here to stay and I am here for it!!! This year in 2025, I was lucky enough to see them three times and all three times they kicked ass!!! Now I know Soulfly did a South American tour with Snot fairly recently but does anyone remember That One Time when Lynn Strait jumped on stage to do vocals on the song “Bleed?” Well if you don’t, let’s take a look……..
So one afternoon I was browsing YouTube and I came across a live performance from their 1998 Warm Up Tour. This performance is from their San Francisco show at The Maritime Hall and the Warm Up Tour was probably their first or one of their first tours. After doing a little bit more research, it turns out that after the short run of warm-up shows, they went right into their European tour, followed by their 1998 Ozzfest appearance. The performance is very low quality (think old VHS tape quality) but you can feel the energy from both Soulfly and Lynn. It is a really cool performance and I guess if you wanna look at it from a full circle moment, new vocalist Andy Knapp also jumped on stage and did guest vocals for the same exact song during their show in Mexico. Both performances are badass and RIP Lynn Strait!!
