For this Forgotten Classic we’re gonna go back to 1996 (sixth grade for me and yes I’m old). This particular song I remember was all over the radio and it is one of those 90’s masterpieces. Hell it’s a freaking masterpiece and a classic that should honestly be listened to A LOT more and with that, let’s take a look………

As I’ve said in other Forgotten Classics, this was a song that was constantly played in the radio back in the 90’s. Like listening to this song absolutely takes me back to a simpler time and as a kid, this was probably the best band name to say out loud (it’s still a fun name to say let’s be honest). I will say though that this has to be one of the weirdest songs ever. Like I’ve never understood and not understood a song as much as this one. Practically everything about this song, just screams 90s alternative. No do I think this song holds up today? Most definitely. I think what also compliments this song is the music video and much like the song it’s just so damn weird. I mean, where else are you gonna see a music video with Erik Estrada eating a giant can of corn? To me it’s his best work. Forget everything he did in his movies and C.H.I.P.S. this is his greatest work. But seriously if you grew up in the 90s listening to 90s alternative and the radio then this should definitely take you back like it did me.
